Quickly about me: I'll tell you what I think is wrong before I tell you what I think looks good. I believe it has to do with my Dutch heritage.

I have worked in content platforms, biotech, e-commerce — and regardless of domain, it all boils down to: figuring out what's actually needed, get the team involved with the right people and building something together that doesn't make users want to throw their device against a wall.
